Deborah Ferris hails from Dayton, Ohio where she served on the Board of the Dayton YWCA and chaired the organization's Professional Women's Speaker's Series. Ferris was also active on the Board of the Ronald McDonald House. Having relocated to the Cleveland area, Ferris currently handles Fiduciary Management for the Private Client Group at National City. In addition to serving as a Board Member, she is Chair of the highly successful WCF Speaker's Series.

Currently the Chair of the Grants Allocations Committee, Sylvia R. Johnson is joining the WCF Board of Trustees for the second time; she also served in 1999. Johnson is the Vice President of Hubbard & Hubbard, Inc., an international consulting corporation. A current Board Member for the YWCA and past Board Member/Chairman of the Black Professionals Association (BPA), Johnson is actively involved in the Cleveland nonprofit community.

Originally from the New England area, Cheryl Parzych was active on the Board of the New Hampshire Symphony Orchestra, the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance and served on the United Way's Allocation Committee in NH/Vermont. She moved to Cleveland from Dayton in 2003. Parzych's current title is Senior Vice President at KeyBank's McDonald Financial Group.
